Kadambari Kadam is nervous to play Bhoomi in Sanskaar!

It is not an easy task to perform after replacing an already established character on a daily soap as the expectation and comparison quotient always remain high in the mind of audience.

Something similar is going on in the mind of Marathi actress Kadambari Kadam, who has been signed to carry forward the role of Bhoomi that was played by Shamin Mannan in Colors’ family soap Sanskaar-Dharohar Apnon Ki. Shamin quitted the show due to her health issues.

Kadambari Kadam, who was last seen in the show Teen Bahuraniyaan, said she is excited to play Bhoomi, but also getting nervous at the same time. She believes she has more responsibility as she is stepping into the shoes of an established character.

“I’m excited but more than that I am nervous. There is a sense of responsibility because when you replace an established character, your responsibility increases,” Kadambari said here on sets of the show. “I would have to work hard and I am going to take it positively. I hope people will like it,” she added.

Sanskaar is based on a Gujarati family where an NRI daughter-in-law tries to adjust herself in their set-up. It features Jai Soni as male protagonist.
