Shooting on hold as Ankita Lokhande is not keeping well!

There is trouble in paradise for Zee TV’s long running show Pavitra Rishta, as its leading lady Ankita Lokhande is not keeping well from past 10 days. The plot is currently going without her shorts and it’s assumed to move forward without her for few more days.

Sources said Ankita is suffering from Malaria and prescribed to stay inside the home. “We are in serious trouble with Ankita not reporting for the shoot due to her ill health,” revealed sources. Mrinalini Tyagi, who plays Ankita’s on screen daughter Teju confirmed, “Yes, Ankita hasn’t been keeping well.”

Well, Ankita’s absence is not the only reason for maker Balaji Telefilms to take concern. It is reported that a bevy of actors like Asha Negi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Shruti Kanwar and Shakti Arora have been quitting the show owing their discomfort with aging. There will be a big generation leap chalked by the makers that will feature these characters much older than their age. Most of the actors mentioned above have already put down their papers owing to the impending leap.

Let’s see how creative team will cover show with such setbacks.
